SF Bay Area - 2012 Leaf Red SL - Sub-lease or transfer

Hello fellow members,

Anyone interested to sub-lease 2012 Leaf SL in A+ condition. I leased in Nov'12, but due to personal issues I need to leave this country for few years. My bad.

Love this car! its in perfect condition and has 9K miles only. No issues with the battery. Has 2 year and 24K miles left in lease. (I took 3 year/36K miles Lease). Monthly Lease payment is ~$230.

I will also throw in the OpenEVSE unit.

Let me know if you have any questions/thoughts I am located in Fremont and meet in East/South bay. Also open for lease transfer.

You should list the monthly payments and total lease length.

Also, per https://www.nissanfinance.com/nmaccss/enroll/loginglossary.do" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (see transfer of equity) and when I last checked w/NMAC, they have a crappy policy that says "The new party assumes all rights and liabilities of the contract, while the original remains liable on the contract as a general rule."

I would complain to NMAC and make them log the call as such, just so they have a tally of people unhappy w/this.
