Cold rainy morning....heated seats, no climate control.

Highway for the first half, kept it at slow as I could, depending on traffic. 80-95km\hr. Making lots of friends :)

Then sideroads 50-60km hr in a 90km/hr zone, just made it, 7km to go, low battery warning at 17.

I am hoping the return will be better, no rain and more downhill.

Fingers crossed, that range sucked.

But I am here overnight with a level 2.

Highway, cold, more uphill, and you did 115km, good job!

Just came back from a similar trip 100km, more uphill, half highway, cold rain (3C), used defrost intermittently, made it with 15km to spare. :D

Came back today, same roads, warmer, ro rain, no CC, more downhill, arrived with 5 bars left, and I drove faster.

Temp, elevation, makes all the diff.

So it was a nice dry 18 degree drive home.

Only in an EV do you notice slight elevation changes but it was downhill.

Was able to drive 80km/hr in the 90 zones and I drafted a truck home at. 105km /hr on the highway, can't do that in the rain.

Was going super easy , not how I normally enjoy driving, I got a dirty look from an old man in a Subaru at one point, but it worked.

115 km to home, A/C on low (showed little to no consumption) and I went from 2 bars to 1 about 2 km from my house.

Lesson learned, still not sure what exactly. Was more fun on the way home.
