Unused switch slots

Has anybody used those slots? Anybody know part numbers for toggle or push button replacements? Lacking homelink (on my model S) I'm tempted to put a garage door opener in there.

I've used my two extra slots.
First, I installed a switch to turn off the VSP:

• My description of what I did.
• Picture of the mounted switch.

Then I installed a switch to turn off the heater.

• Easy Climate Control Fan-Only Solution, method #2

I just used switches I bought at Radio Shack (R.I.P.).

One is definitely for the pedestrian warning sound switch, which was only installed in the 2011 LEAF. Does the 2015 still have headlamp leveling switch? If not, that's what the other spot is for.

Regular momentary switch would fit nice, as garsh suggested. Question is... How do you rig your garage opener to the switch? I would be interested in an easy way to rig that up, as I am sans homelink too.
