Upgraded my 2013 24kwh battery to 40kwh but got errors

I upgraded my 2013 24kwh battery a 2019 40kwh got a few errors on my leaf spy thought might of been where there was a few bad cells on the battery I have replaced 4 modules where the weak cells where abut still got the errors any advice on what I may have to next
