What type of routine maintenance is required?

Hello: What routine maintenance is required during the first two years? How much does it cost?

I am trying to do a cost analysis on a two year lease. I am including the cost of the lease, tax, title, registration, insurance, electricity, maintenance. Have I left anything out?

Rotate the tires every 7500 miles. My dealer did it for free - max cost to you is probably $20. 2 annual battery checks which are free.
