If your someone who goes nuts if you get a chip in the front hood then YES. But if you like a smooth clean hood. No the film is visible and not needed.

I for one over the years have had small little chip in my bumper that you have to look for to find, which I generally don't look at that close will never see.

I am someone who drives my cars and most of the time drive and then drive to the car wash. I do not wash by hand much.

Bottom line if your a hand wash kind a person then you MAY want it but if your a car wash kind a person save the money and buy the floor mat or something.

The Protection Package has not been WELL described, I believe.
Here are some probably-unanswered questions:

1. Is this "protection" ONLY a plastic film "wrap", covering part of the front and part of the rear?

2. Exactly what is covered in front?

3. Exactly what is covered in the rear?

4. What is the thickness of the film?

5. What material is the film?

6. What are its UV properties?

7. Will it yellow with age?

8. How long before it shows any "yellowing"?

9. Can the film be "easily" removed without damage to the paint?
