I have to wonder how many of these they will sell given that the 2 plug-ins on the market (Leaf/Volt) come with one already. Anyone know pricing on this?

The portable EVSE does have a neat feature, though - one can select between 7A and 12A charging - could be useful when plugged into a circuit that's not dedicated to avoid nuisance tripping of the circuit breaker.

Pricing will be key. A lot of people might like to have a second one, and you've got to figure that some will be stolen, broken, or driven over.

Still it may serve as a lower cost replacement and some people have inquired about having a second L1 portable.
Great news to hear Leviton products moving forward.

Yes, certainly depends on the cost. I checked into getting a second L1 EVSE since we are using that as our primary power source right now. It would be nice to have a second one in the car. But when I found it buying a second one from nissan was some ridiculous price of around $550, I decided not to bother. But if I could get one for $100, then I 'd do it in a heartbeat.
