This is what I put on my dashboard when charging at a public spot:
The clock hand can be adjusted (it's Velcro).
The sign on the bottom reads: I am necessity charging and need this charge to get home. Call me at [cell number] if you have any questions. Thanks.
The reverse side says "Okay to unplug."
