Those of you that live in the SDGE area. How did you get a second meter installed to go into the EV-TOU rate? I have tried calling James Erp which is supposed to be the EV study rep for the San Diego east county but I haven't been able to get a hold of him. How much did it cost just for the meter since I had the 240v socket installed on its on cuircuit already?
