Simvalley™ Mini ELM327 Bluetooth OBD2 with PC?

I do not have and adroid phone yet but I havet the ELM327. It cam with a disc showing pc software.

Can I use this with my pc laptop somehow or do I have to have and android phone???

For anything useful? Probably not. LEAF Spy runs on Android.
