Newbie from North Florida - Follow-up questions

Customer Service told me my credit card was not charged - great news. I asked for the waiver, they said no problem, when it was time to order my Leaf the "appointment cancelled - reschedule" button would change to something else and I could select "waiver", and then proceed to the next tab on my account and start the order process.

So, what does the button change to, does anyone know? And, about how many months does it take from the reservation day to the day I can finally order? I called local dealerships around the Florida Big Bend (Tallahassee), only the Valdosta (GA) dealership apparently has any orders yet.
