Keep in mind that these are A123 cells - they are known to be very durable over high cycles and high charge/discharge rates. But they don't have the best energy density and are expensive which makes their use in an EV somewhat limited.
 
A123 cells where also invented at MIT (before they where commercialized)..

Notice most of the comments are about the 2 girls in the photo?
