It appears to be so.
Battery management module tries to discharge all other cells to get them to the same level (red).
Interesting, that blue cellpair is not the one that is heavily discharged rather than the cellpair next to it.
Maybe BMS tries to stabilize voltage in one module. Weird.
I would suggest charging to 100% every day for a week.
Make those screenshots every day each time you start your trip at 100%. We need to see is it getting
better or worse.

If this does not sort itself with a month of driving, I hope for OP that Nissan has in in meantime realized they have a manufacturing defect to address.
