I have seen similar issues when there is a loose wire in the B24 adapter. Try re-seating the plug. I have also seen another similar issue when an user wired IGN switched 12V to the CAN bridge. The bridge needs constant 12V to function.

V2H chargers cost a lot of money. That money can instead be spent on a stationary battery. For example, the Quasar DC V2H box costs the same amount of money as a 65kWh Tesla battery. Not economical at all!
