I got my 2013 Leaf on 10/19 and my heater is not working either. The dealer told me the fix was easy, but the part needed is on back order. Strangely, I am kind of enjoying the cold ride into work each morning. I'm still in the "try and beat my battery percentage on my morning commute" mode...

I just got my leaf and the dealership told me that I can lock in the charger which would prevent someone from taking out the charger until my car was charged. 2 questions on that. 1. Is that a new feature for the 2013 or do all Leafs have this option? 2. Is this considered acceptable to lock...
