Best app I've found for keeping track of L2 and L3 charging stations is Plug Share. It takes in data from multiple networks (Blink, ChargePoint, etc.), has pictures and review notes on locations' quirks. Really well done. http://www.plugshare.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

So the general rule with chargers seems to be to ignore pretty much all the instrumentation (timers, % charge, etc.) on the charger and let the car control everything. That's what the guy who did my Blink L2 home install recommended.
