yep, he didn't say it outright, but eluded to it in such a way that confidence wasn't there regarding that dealership.

oh I fully understand, I work in the IT industry and very much privy to trouble-shooting scenarios. I did actaully bring the LEAF in as the issue was occurring. at this point, I'm just hoping that nothing else happens.
