So 1 year after this problem first surfaced, it happened again today. The A/c would not engage after turning on 'auto' I watched the energy display and no activity was occurring on the 'climate control' section. Last year the dealer had my car for 1 week and put on 300 miles with no resolution, after call after call to nissan consumer affairs etc.. I just let it go and the a/c started to function again. so today when this happened again, I went back to the dealer and and left the car running just as I did a year ago, thankfully this time they were able to find the issue. Sunload sensor was failing....
