    My 2011 Leaf just had the heater fail and the dealer in Corpus Christi, Texas is wanting to charge me $3500 to replace the module and associated fuse. This is highway robbery, I think, but I do not seem to have many options. -Tracy V.

    Headrests are uncomfortable

    I just got a Leaf on lease and found the same thing. I just took the headrests out and turned them around. Still provides restraint in the event of a crash, but doesn't jam into my head anymore.

    Hey, that's a great idea. He can't say yes if I don't ask. Just texted him. By the way, I learned in this process that negotiating by texting takes away a huge advantage that salepersons have. All that manipulation they learn doesn't work while texting.
