I opted out. At least, I sent a certified letter to that effect. Although, I thought the extended capacity warranty was communicated prior to the class action lawsuit so they were mutually exclusive. In any case, if anyone is tracking a list of opt-out'ers, please add me to it.

Opted out. If anyone is keeping a list, put me on it. I didn't see anywhere that explicitly tied the extended warranty to the suit. Especially considering Nissan sent me the updated warranty in the mail quite some time ago and this suit is occurring now.

I usually don't charge to 80%. However, I can provide Ahr and relative GID, SOC, etc. next time I go out to my car.

I just saw 2 Mercedes B-class EVs charging up at John Muir Health hospital in Walnut Creek, CA. When I was leaving I swung by the charging stations to see if they were still there and snap a photo but alas they were both gone. Both were black, both charging on ChargePoint L2s.
