Where do I find the service manual for a 2021 Nissan Leaf? There was a Nissan service manual web site but the latest years were missing

I have a 2021 leaf s There are 2 OBD ports. One is floating around under the dash close to the one that is mounted on the bottom of the dash. The mounted port seems dead. There is a wiring harness. The floating port seems to work. Is this normal? Has anyone seen this?
