Is 2012 EVSE looks different then 2013 EVSE ? Are specs different like charging time or Amps drawn. I am pretty sure Dealers don't know the Difference if they both can charge the car Safely. My LEAF will be going for an inspection in few weeks and not sure those Guys care either.

Just an update!!! Dealer replace the 12v Battery for free under 3yr/36k Warranty. Cost to me $0. Said 12v was Bad and need a replacement.

Thats why my Car will go back to Nissan in 2 months. In Chicago freezing weather my car is mostly sitting in the Garage because its mileage normally drops to 40% as compare to Summer Driving. I have to wait for 2017 Model to get that extra Miles and may be by then Nissan fix these issues too...

Good News is Now everything works fine. I can move the Car without any problem. So I verify that 12V Battery is at 13.1v when Car is in Ready State (Green Car with left-right arrow). So after charging the 12v B it fixed the problem and also my EVSE is charging again with Blue lights blinking...

Senior Tech told me thats the first LEAF someone brought in for clicking sound. My Dealer had sold many LEAFS so I was surprised that other not bringing in. Some time we think its normal to have these sounds but to me it was annoying and can develop to something big later.
