Has anyone else noticed this:

http://i.imgur.com/acdQgXc.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The dealer was trying to blame the guy that tinted my windows, He has tinted windows for a long time, never had issues with this guy, I took it to the dealer and told them that the weld shouldn't come lose like that at all, I suspect it was just a weak weld from the start, there is no fixing it it requires the whole door panel to be replaced which the Dealer is doing under wty.

Just checking if others have seen this?

Thanks,

That plate has a finger that hooks under the panel. It looks like the tinter did not properly put it in place.

Nope the dealer checked that too, the weld is 100% broken you can pull it all the way out with little to no effort.
