Can someone take a pic of the CANADIAN Panasonic brick?

I need a good pic of the Canadian Panasonic Leaf brick to provide to my employer to get charging approved while I am at work.

I specifically need pics of the side with the specs and the Canadian safety symbols.

There is less info on the EVSE label than is available. I suggest you find the relevant section of the owner's manual as well. It can be downloaded from the Web.
