driving distance estimate on owner's portal differs from car

So I log in to the nissan owners portal (web or smartphone) and I get 100% charged and estimated driving distance of 86/83 (with and w/o climate control). But when I get into the car it shows much more, like 102 with climate control on. Anyone else seeing this kind of discrepancy? Ironically the owner's portal seems to be more realistic than the car.

In general I have lots of complaints, questions, & suggestions regarding the owner's portal and carwings. Is there an appropriate place in this forum for voicing these?

Sounds like a known bug. If you check Carwings after charging the vehicle, the distance estimate won't match the car until after the car has been turned on...but you're best off simply ignoring the "guess-o-meter," as we like to call it, altogether. It's more misleading than helpful.

As far as where to complain about Carwings, this is the right spot.

OK, thanks for the quick reply. Gee it seemed like it was working fine initially. I've only noticed this for the past week or two.

I'll try turning on the car and rechecking with my iPhone to see if they match up.

In general the owner's portal and carwings seem to suck big time. The car is pretty darned good and the potential for the online services is there, just bad execution.
