I have noticed that the SOC still shows a range reduction when the Climate Control is on but not drawing power.
This happens when you turn off the AC but leave the Climate Control on. This puts the climate control into a "Vent mode" letting the fan blow unconditioned air out the vents. This is very useful in temperate climates. The problem is that the SOC still calculates a loss of range but the Energy Usage Screen clearly shows the Climate Control gauge is at zero.
