If the Leaf is Used, does Nissan still provide roadside?

I buy a used Leaf. The battery runs out. Does Nissan still provide free roadside towing back to your home? (Like they do with new leafs.) Also is the battery warranty still in effect for used owners?

I am the LEAF Specialist for a dealership in Colorado.

The Factory Battery warranty of 8 years or 100,000 miles is in effect no matter how many owner the LEAF has.

Same can be said for Roadside Assitance, as long as the vehicle is within the year/mile range you are covered.
