Importing Address Book Contacts?

I've been searching for any threads on this topic and can't find any. Is there a thread that explains how to import address book contacts? I have an android bluetooth phone. Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.

Assuming the phone IS connected via BT:

1) Press the (round) "phone" button on the steering wheel to bring up the phone menu on the center console
2) Select the "download handset phonebook" button on the "settings" screen

You can read more about it in the "navigation manual" (NOT the "owners manual")

Thanks Stanton for the info (that I should have looked up in the manual myself). Can you tell me if when I do this, will the addresses be imported and usable by the nav system as well?

Only the phone numbers get imported.
