Here are the full details from the second lease deal:

2014 Leaf SV with Quick Charge / LED Package, Floor/cargo mats, splash guards and Premium around view monitor / Bose audio package
36 month Lease - 12,000 miles / year
$364.96 / month

Cap Cost---Initial ($37,716.71)
Max Adj. Cap cost---- ($26,879.17)
Doc Fee ----- ($97.50)
Acquisition Fee ---- ($595)
Sales Tax ---- ($1,834.71) at 8%
Residual ---- ($14,698.50)
Money Factor---(0.00064)
Total Lease Payments $364.96 x36 =$13,138.56
Lease end (disposition) purchase transfer fee--- $300

Even though money factor is higher, is this still a good deal?

Thanks.

The Money Factor isn't nearly as helpful as some would have you believe. I suggest you pick the package you like most, and compare the total amount paid over the life of the lease, not the MF. If you don't plan on buying the car off lease, this is especially true.
