I have no idea if they are really there, or not.
My local dealer said yesterday that they were just beginning to show up on his screen.
I believe no new car an be sold without an EPA (Monroney) sticker, which apparently is not yet available for the 2018 LEAF.

Could be the Government shutdown Screwed with Nissan's schedule for a just-in-time-announcement of the 2018 LEAF's range and efficiency, as well as the intro.
