New Leaf Owner Macomb, Mi (Just north of Detroit)

Just got my 2013 Leaf November 15.
Had A Civic 2003 Hybrid 251.000 Miles (Still had original Battery) !!!!
Still ran great sold to a friend.
I needed a change.
I have been getting 100 miles per charge so far.
Today for example drove 46 Miles total to work and back 18F morning 23F after work .
Dropped to 6 bars showed 54 %charge left after 46 Miles
5.0 kw per mile for this trip .
I do have experience with driving soft on the pedal and regenerating as much as I can !!
Surface streets 35-45 MPH.
I can take any of many routes to work living in the Motor city area .
I am not stuck with using the Freeways.
This is a great Forum !!!!

Welcome Mike! Sounds like your commute (specifically the speed) is tailor made for the Leaf.
BTW---I have an assignment (3wks) @ Selfridge ANGB in January. Should I bring my suntan lotion? :lol: :lol:

I have a 2013 SV since April. @ 10k miles - love to drive it!

I am impressed with your 5.0 mi/kwh. I get 4.2 miles/kwh at best in the summer and significantly less so far this winter.
