If in California, anywhere on the lower bumper near the crease on either side. I've seen them all over the place so I don't think it's a biggie.

Mine are WAY up from where the DMV says to put them. Love Cal. We just slap them anywhere we want :lol:

No, that has been there a long while...
You can tell it is old because it still shows placement of stickers on the front bumper.
They only issue 3 now (instead of 4) so you no longer are supposed to put any on the front.
