Awesome trip! I get new tires this Thursday and I think Friday night I will plan a 100+ mile trip before I drop a capacity bar.

Those new tires will almost certainly reduce the car's efficiency, especially during the break-in period. If the old tires are still safe, then consider keeping them on until after your 100+ mile trip!
