Rear bumper protection

I am wondering what I can buy that will stop other cars nudging my back bumper from scratching it. I've seen the bumper bully thing, but that's a bit too much more me looks-wise.

I was thinking something likethis or this.

Does anyone have experience getting something like this?

Also the leaf has a weird read bumper, where two lines seem to be about equally far back, above and below the license plate.

. Does anyone know which one is furthest back?

But in some states if you block the license plate they will give you a ticket. So I scanned my license plate and had it printed on metal and screwed it to the Bumper Guard.
