LEAF Drivers (with or without kids!)
Saturday meet up with other drivers at the Drive In Movie theater. For those with kids, bring the family (two kids play areas).
Not only meet other EVers but check out the craft fair and live music. All this for less than the price of a normal theater ticket.
When movie time rolls around, you'll have several double features to choose from including:
* Edge Of Tomorrow (Tom Cruise) followed by Godzilla.
* Maleficent followed by Million Dollar Arm.
* The Fault in Our Stars followed by Blended
* X-Men: Days of Future Past followed by The Amazing Spider-Man 2
* Neighbors followed by A Million Ways to Die in the West
Join us in the potluck or order a pizza to be delivered from the snack bar to you car, after that big bag of pop corn. Then, enjoy the movie in your car with the optional kids (or let them fall asleep in the back), or bring lawn chairs to watch it under the stars with portable FM radio!
Sorry, no EV charging yet, but let's show them the opportunity of supporting EV customers.
Location: West Wind Drive in. 9616 Oates Drive, Sacramento, off 50 and Bradshaw.
Date: June 7th
Time: Arrive at 6:00 to 6:30PM (before the crowded lines form up). Movie starts at 8:45.
