Serious rattle from speedometer, can it be fixed?

I leased 2013 LEAF 2.5 years ago. I will return this car next April.

This car has a very annoying rattle/vibration problem from the speedometer area. I'm wondering whether a dealership is willing to fix it.

Is there anyone who suffers from this kind of rattle problems?

Sure, as long as it's still under the 3 year/36K mile basic warranty.

My '13 lease return also had a rattle from around the speedo area when cold. I didn't bother w/having it fixed and I don't have the car anymore.
