yea, if you dont regulate your coal plants and let them burn as if it were London in the 1800s, things get pretty dirty.
You should note that this research applied only to China.
 
The headline can better reflect the story, say, "In China, E-Cars May Be More Harmful than Gasoline Cars". To be fair, the article does state "in China" in the very first sentence. Furthermore, it qualifies with "in China" nine times (in 13 paragraphs).

unfortunately, many people will only read "E-Cars May Be More Harmful than Gasoline Cars" and it will stick in the back of their minds adding to their subconscious doubts the next time the subject comes up. It really would be better if it had China in the title.
