Well, there is some advantage to being in the backwaters -- I applied for "PLUGZ N" in Missouri yesterday and await the approval. Kind of liked that and no doubt it is long gone in the early EV states.... Also like that I can slap it on whatever EV I end up getting. For the time being, It'll be parked on my Prius and cause all manner of confusion on the road......
