Yes for sure, an e-NV200, the vehicle I really wanted but as it was not being imported into the good 'ole USA and from everything I read at the time would not be, I ended up with our '13 Leaf. At the time they were doing test runs in a few cities and even the post office was looking into it. At the time it only had the 24kwh battery so range was even worse than the 24kwh Leaf. I believe it was later available with the 40kwh battery but AFAIK it's not been offered with a 62kwh battery which would only make sense as it has the room and weight capacity for a larger battery.
