Loose spoiler nut? Anyone experience something similar?

I opened the hatch this evening and found a nut on the gasket. After a quick search I found that it came up from the driver side spoiler bolt. Anyone experience something similar? I noticed that the paint was scraped off where the nut meets the hatch (probably from the nut working its way loose). I'll probably need to get do something to protect the metal.

The car will be in our possession for one year next week so I'll be taking it to the dealer for its one year check and I'll ask about the spoiler.
