A DCFC complex is under construction in Montrose CO, three blocks from the intersection of US 50 (Grand Junction, Monarch Pass, Salida, Pueblo/Colorado Springs) and US 550 (Ouray, Red Mountain Pass, Silverton, Durango, Farmington, Albuquerque). The site is located at N 1st Street and Uncompahgre Avenue and will have eight Tesla Superchargers and two Chargepoint DCFC stalls; it is being built with the enthusiastic support of the City of Montrose and DMEA, the local electric co-op.

The Chargepoint equipment has just been installed:

Each of the two Chargepoint towers has both CCS and Chademo cords.

This is another fast charging node in a good location for road trips. Montrose is also the gateway city for Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

I'm thinking this thread should be moved to https://www.mynissanleaf.com/viewforum.php?f=26 as that area is titled "EVSE / Charging Equipment and Networks". Makes more sense to me than "General / Main Owners Forum".

NYPA EvolveNY stations in Malone and Watertown NY will be officially opened on 10/28 and 10/30 respectively. Watertown is on the EV Connect network. I'm not sure which network the Malone station will be on (they have also worked with Greenlots).

This is significant since the North Country was previously impassable in the winter even to a long-range EV such as the Bolt. It gets very cold up there, with sub-zero temperatures typical for December-March. I wish they would put one at the intersection of NY-11 and I-87, but they have no plans to. It would serve lots of travelers between NYC and Montreal, but also east-west travelers.

This is L2 and not fast charger related, but the evgo level 2 at our local whole foods has swapped out the free chargers for new units which list a kWh available. I can only image these have a battery bank which charges either via solar or during non peak hours to save on the cost of power. The newer chargers are also no longer free.

Got a pair of Greenlots stations a year ago at the updated Shell gas station by Boston's Logan Airport:

So far, so free.

Thats a running total of how many kWh have been dispensed total by the station. If you start a charge (RFID or EVgo app), it'll show 0.000 kWh and count up as your car charges.

No batteries or other fancy things. Just a standard 32A L2. :)

Meant to reply to this when it was posted, but got sidetracked. This site is part of the Colorado Electric Vehicle Fast Charging Corridors: https://energyoffice.colorado.gov/zero-emission-vehicles/electric-vehicle-fast-charging-corridors:

which totals 34 sites, and there should be a dedicated topic for it. CP won the award for all of them. DGP, would you mind starting one and having a mod move or else you copy your post there? As you're one of our Coloradans who's most likely to make use of these, you've got the most incentive to monitor their progress.

New Blink Chademo only location in Madison.

453 S Gammon Rd, Madison, WI 53719, USA
Is it really new? I wouldn't be surprised if it's been there for ages and just broken for ages.

https://www.plugshare.com/location/290613 has no pics nor any check-ins.

Interestingly, if you look around that address via https://www.google.com/maps/place/453+S+Gammon+Rd,+Madison,+WI+53719/@43.0569439,-89.5025114,3a,75y,91.92h,84.57t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sa4K_hGTMLaW9AfMFLF-8tg!2e0!6s%2F%2Fgeo3.ggpht.com%2Fmaps%2Fphotothumb%2Ffd%2Fv1%3Fbpb%3DChEKD3NlYXJjaC5nd3MtcHJvZBIgChIJzYFxAViuB4gRy_vclWZrOVEqCg0AAAAAFQAAAAAaBQh4EOgC%26gl%3DUS!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x8807ae58017181cd:0x51396b6695dcfbcb!8m2!3d43.0571114!4d-89.5024165, there is an EVgo DC FC in the street view that's not on Plugshare. And yet, that EVgo charging doesn't show up at https://www.evgo.com/charging-locations/.

update: Interesting. The address shows up at https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/11/24/2132918/0/en/Blink-Charging-Acquires-U-Go-Charging-and-its-Portfolio-of-EV-Charging-Stations.html.
