I was shopping for a used BMW i3, but I accidentally saw a local ad for a Leaf -- only a couple of miles from home, so I decided to check it out. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality and comfort of the Leaf. Took my wife for a test drive, and she liked it, so we bought it!
So far, the only issue I have is that the front seat cushions are a little too short -- not enough thigh support. But not a big deal, as it will be used only for short trips.
I do have one puzzle: the first time I started it at home, there was a brief message on the dash that looked like a tiny little battery and it said "8%...". I have not seen it since, nor could I find anything like it in the owner's manual.
Any idea what that was about? (A hallucination?)
