orig 2013 Leaf S - convert to Bluetooth?

My current display has BT only for phone calls, but not audio. Is there a fully BT model that I can plug/play swap my current one. without need of any new harness and wiring. i.e can I simply buy the new full BT radio, unscrew mine , and plug in and screw in the new one?

To compound the matter, the aux 3.5mm input plug on my current one is clogged with a plug that broke and I can't get it out, so that's not usage either

Great question and anxious to read the replies. What I did with my S model is get a BT FM transmitter, not ideal but works.
