Long shot, but has the OP confirmed the actual in-service date (when car was delivered at purchase) is actually the same date that Nissan has on record? I seem to recall seeing a post or two where Nissan had an earlier date on record than when they actually purchased the car.

What's the term (36 months?) and mileage allowance? Also, you don't get the 7500 tax credit since this is a lease. I thought NMAC were either using the tax credit to bump up the residual or lower the cap cost, but it seems in this case, you're getting neither and it's a pretty lousy deal, IMHO.
