2011 2012 MY driver's side door compatibility

I'm looking to buy a used take-off driver's door for my 2011, will 2012 fit fine? I checked on http://parts.nissanusa.com, for 2011 there are 2 part numbers, for 2012 there is one and it is also listed for 2011. So seems like they should be the same?

As far as I know, 2011 and 2012 are the same. 2013 and newer (at least for North America) are different (they are made of steel instead of aluminum).

That's right, I noticed 2013 is a different part #.
