2012 vs. 2015 Leaf safety raitings

Does anyone know why the 2012 gets a 'good' rating on the Moderate overlap front test, but the 2015 gets a 'poor'? I hadn't realized there was any significant difference between the two models.

Read them again. You misread. The '12 was NOT tested on small overlap front.

Both scored good on moderate overlap front.

Ahh, gotcha. Thanks for that link. I was surprised they had done so well because I thought they had performed poorly on that test. I didn't realize there were actually two tests (moderate AND small overlap).
