If you're in the Google group "AustinLeaf" you'd have already known about this: Alamo Drafthouse will have two showings of "REVENGE OF THE ELECTRIC CAR" next week:

"The new movie ‘REVENGE
OF THE ELECTRIC CAR’ is set to premier in Austin, Texas at the Alamo
Drafthouse Theatre (South Lamar location - 1120 S Lamar Blvd.) on
Monday, January 9th 2012. The start time will be at approximately
7:00pm. However, we plan to have a fun and eventful MeetUp/social
hour at ‘The Highball’ nightclub and restaurant which is located next
door to the Alamo Drafthouse theater. Fun at The Highball will begin
at around 5:30pm.
Also, the folks at the Alamo Drafthouse are planning a second
screening at the Drafthouse Village Location (2700 West Anderson Lane)
on Wednesday, January 11th. We’ll plan to do a similar MeetUp/social
at ‘Cover 3’ Bar & Restaurant (located towards the front of the
Village parking lot.) Start time will be the same at 5:30pm at Cover3
with the movie showing at approximate 7:00pm. Cost for both
screenings will be $10.00 per ticket."
