Carwings and text messages

I enabled notification via text messages on all categories on Carwings, yet the only time I get a message is when I update the car status on the iPhone app.

How do I get Carwings to tell me when charging is completed, stopped/interrupted, etc?

Of course, after posting this, I get a text message when my car was unplugged. Figures.
