Help on buying: LED headlights for 2013 Leaf

Hi guys, I'm new to this forum. And also new to a owner of a 2013 Nissan Leaf. I've been enjoying the car for the past month. And I have to say I love it.

The reason why I am here is. I would like some help for any of you regarding to make the headlight a LED light.

Can any one recommend a good LED that works with the Leaf but its also a good headlight?

Or explain to me what I should look at when I want to decide buy a Led light.

I did some research but I'm still not sure.

If you guys could help me out that would be amazing.

There have been a few people on this list who have done this. In general, they seem to be satisfied. They buy a replacement lamp that is a drop-in plus an external electronics module.

Can you search this discussion forum for LED headlights?

As you explore this, please keep in mind that the normal headlights don't drain much from your battery. Yes, LEDs are more efficient, but they will only give you <1 mile more range.
