Around here there are 6 or 7 Nissan dealers within reasonable proximity that are Leaf certified.
Trouble is, they all have ratings in the toilet. I emailed one dealer twice before getting a (very late) response. I want to avoid the usual sales BS, MSRP mark-ups and such... and hopefully find a place with a decent service department. But right now it looks like I may as well throw a dart.
Anyone have any strategies or suggestions?
I prefer to deal with the "internet" sales folks since that worked really well with my last car purchase (a Subaru). IMO, those guys tend to avoid the BS and pressure because they know they're dealing with a more savvy consumer. But if they won't respond to email, that's not good.
